Clients may cancel a photography service up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without forfeiting their deposit, provided that the service is rescheduled. If the service is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook the service.
Failure to communicate with us regarding the cancellation or rescheduling, or failure to complete payment, will result in the termination of services. All deposits are non-refundable.
